2021-2022 Club Presentation Evening.

Time: 7pm – midnight. (Bar until 11:30),

The evening will begin with the presentation ceremony where 4 individual Awards will be presented to each team. All players will be presented with something to remind them of the
2021-2022 season and their valid contribution to the team and the club. This will be followed by a disco, buffet, tombola and raffle.
This is our annual celebrations and fundraising event and we expect around 200 attendees. We are looking for support both on the night with your attendance and prior to the event with the following donations.
Tombola
Prizes will consist of chocolate, toiletries, bottles of alcohol, etc..
Donations of chocolate, smellies, wine/ beers/ or any other alcohol will be greatly received and collected by Team managers at training sessions from now until 19/5.
Raffle
In the past we have received some great contributions so if you or anyone you know can contribute any gifts or experiences these will also be gratefully received. Raffle Tickets will be sold running up to the evening and on the night.
It’s been a challenging season with great club support and some excellent team and individual performances and we look forward to an evening of celebrations and fun after all the hard work.
