It is very important that parents stay around until a coach arrives at a training session. Otherwise the players are unattended and they / the club aren’t covered from an insurance point of view.

Also from a safeguarding point of view there needs to be at least 2 adults (18+ years old) present during the session (the coach can be one of these adults). Coaches should not be put in a position where they are running a training session without another adult present.

This applies to all of our junior teams, U12 through to U18.
