Latest update regards COVID restrictions - following government announcement

I’m sure some of you may have already heard but following the announcement from the Prime Minister on 22 September, indoor Under-18s basketball and senior elite basketball remain exempt from the ‘rule of six’ social distancing restrictions. This means that the National Basketball League and local basketball leagues are permitted to continue with Junior (age groups up to and including U18’s) competition and training in accordance with the Return to Play Guidance Level 2.

For non-elite senior teams, training and competition are permitted to continue to operate at level 2 of the Return to Play Guidance with the added restriction of bubbles of up to six people being enforced.
