With the announcement today of the forthcoming school closures we are aware that there may be implications for parents in terms of work and income.

We have now reviewed the finances and made a number of assumptions about venue costs in terms of refunds we may expect to receive etc., and other outstanding costs, and concluded that the club should be able to suspend subscriptions payments for April.

We are unable at this stage to confirm a longer suspension as, like everyone else, we appear to be living from daily announcement to daily announcement. But it most likely will be a longer suspension.

If you are able to, and would like to, continue your subscriptions, we will do our utmost to ensure that these are put aside to pay for essential value-added items, for example kit or equipment.

However we totally understand and respect if you would like to suspend your subscription for April.

If you do want to suspend payment for April we will need you to suspend your standing order. Unfortunately, from an administrative perspective, it would be a huge task to refund April payments made in error, and, as previously mentioned, I wouldn’t have the ability to do this with everything else that is going on at the moment at work etc.

We will continue to update you with regard to future monthly subscription payments as soon as we are able to.
